What types of live events do you stream across the UAE?
We stream all types of live events — corporate conferences, government summits, product launches, graduations, awards ceremonies, esports tournaments, hybrid events, concerts, and cultural events. We operate from Dubai with full mobile production capability covering all seven Emirates and the wider GCC. Whether it's 50 attendees or 50,000 viewers, we scale accordingly.
Can you stream to multiple platforms at the same time?
Yes — simultaneous delivery to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Twitch, Vimeo, and any custom RTMP destination from a single production setup. Each platform receives an independently encoded stream optimised for that platform's bitrate and resolution. We can also deliver to secure private portals and corporate intranets.
What happens if the internet fails mid-event?
We deploy three independent internet connections — venue fibre, bonded 4G/5G cellular, and Starlink satellite as tertiary backup. Our encoders automatically failover within seconds if a primary path drops. In 17 years of live event production, we have never had a complete stream failure due to connectivity. Every event also has a written backup plan reviewed during the pre-event site survey.
Do you cover outdoor events and remote venues?
Yes. We regularly stream from outdoor venues, desert locations, beach sites, rooftops, and festival grounds across the UAE and GCC. For venues without fixed-line internet, we deploy Starlink satellite and bonded cellular as primary connectivity. All equipment is rated for UAE climate conditions.
How far in advance should I book?
For major multi-camera productions, we recommend 4–8 weeks to allow for the site survey, technical planning, and equipment scheduling. Smaller single-camera events can often be accommodated with 1–2 weeks notice. During peak season (September to March) in Dubai, early booking is essential. Contact us to check availability.
